As a Reno wedding photographer, I love checking out new venues. Not only does it allow me to make connections with other vendors, but it also helps me help you plan your wedding! I can provide venue options in the area that will work for your wedding vibe and make your day that much more magical. The Timbers at Old Greenwood is an incredible new spot in Lake Tahoe! Offering stunning views, elegant rustic touches, and so much more. Let’s dive in.
The Timbers At Old Greenwood Venue
This venue is the perfect spot for the couple looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and escape to the mountains. It’s a dream location, surrounded by powerful, towering pine trees and unobstructed views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. While this space was primarily redesigned for weddings, any event here would be a show-stopper. The Timbers welcomes guests to beautiful outdoor facilities with a water feature and a fire pit for evening cocktails. Are you planning a winter wedding? No problem. The Timbers have an elegant indoor space for your winter wedding reception. Natural wood beams with white and black interiors, rustic wood, and large granite rock blanket the venue. Each detail is curated so beautifully for the Truckee + Tahoe wedding scene, looking for a more elegant yet rustic twist.
This ruggedly elegant venue perfectly combines a cozy cabin with an elegant wedding venue. It’s sure to wow guests and make for stunning wedding portraits!
